When you create a SoftLedger account, we collect what you give us—your name, company, email address, that kind of thing. Your computer's IP address comes through automatically when you use the platform. Helps us figure out what browser and OS you're running. If you say it's okay, we'll send emails about product updates, compliance alerts, and workflow improvements.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent? When you provide personal information to create an account, verify payment, or use our services, we assume you're okay with us collecting and using it for that purpose. If we need information for other reasons like sending you product updates, we'll ask you directly or give you a chance to opt out. How do I withdraw my consent? Changed your mind? SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party providers we work with only collect and use your information as much as they need to do their job. Payment processors and similar services have their own privacy policies though. You should read those to see how they handle your data. Some of these providers operate from different countries, so your information might fall under their local laws instead. Once you leave our site or go to a third-party page, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service don't apply anymore. Links on our site might send you elsewhere. We're not responsible for what those other sites do with your information, so check their policies yourself. Google Analytics tracks how visitors use the platform and how pages perform. Sharing your information We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We might share anonymized demographic data with business partners and trusted affiliates for specific purposes. Sometimes we use third-party service providers to help run the platform or handle things like notifications and reports on our behalf. We'll share your information with these providers only when necessary and with your permission.

It's a service from Google that uses cookies to track how people interact with everything. Your IP address and the data from those cookies get sent to Google's servers in the US. Google analyzes site usage and makes reports from it. They might share this info with third parties if the law says so or if they're processing it for Google. Google won't link your IP address to anything else they know about you. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but the site might not work as well. Using this site means you agree to Google handling your data this way.

SECTION 6 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you're saying you're old enough to legally do so in your state or province, or that you've given permission for minors under your care to use it. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA. SoftLedger doesn't intentionally collect information from kids under 13. If we find out we collected data from someone under 13, we'll delete it. Just let us know at info@softledger.pro.

SECTION 7 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We can change this policy anytime. Updates go live right away. If we make big changes, we'll post them here so you know what we're collecting, how we use it, and when we share it. If SoftLedger gets bought or merged into another company, your information transfers to the new owners so we can keep helping you.
